Responsibility to Maintain. During the Operating Period, Lessee, or if and to the extent requested by Lessee, Manager at the expense of Lessee, shall procure and maintain the insurance policies required under clauses (a) through (f) and (i) through (l) of Subsection 5.01.1, and Manager shall procure and maintain the coverages required under clauses (g), (h) and (m) of that Subsection, at the expense of Lessee.
Responsibility to Maintain. During the Term, Owner, or if and to the extent requested by Owner, Manager at the expense of Owner, shall procure and maintain the above insurance policies, including those required under clauses (a) through (i) excluding clause (g) of Subsection 5.01.1. Owner may satisfy this requirement by participating in Manager's insurance programs.
Responsibility to Maintain. During the Term, Manager at the expense of and as agent of Lessee, shall procure and maintain the insurance policies required under Section 5.1. The costs of all insurance for the Property shall be an Operating Expense. On request, Manager shall furnish Lessee with a schedule of insurance obtained with respect to the Property listing the policy numbers of the insurance obtained, the names of the companies issuing such policies, the names of the parties insured, the amounts and expiration date or dates of such policies, and the risks covered thereby.
Responsibility to Maintain. The obligation to maintain the insurance policies required by the Agreement shall lie solely with Manager (the cost of which shall be an Operating Expense and subject to the budget process) and the cost of such insurance policies (other than the insurance described in Section 1.01.2 above shall be an Operating Expense and subject to the budget process of the Agreement.
Responsibility to Maintain. The obligation to maintain the insurance policies required by the Management Agreement, the cost of which shall be an Operating Expense and subject to the of the Management Agreement, shall lie solely with KAR. During the budgeting process, KAR shall recommend to the Tribal Council for its written approval a schedule setting forth the kinds and amount of such insurance to be maintained by it during the ensuring policy year.
Responsibility to Maintain. The obligation to maintain the insurance policies required by the Management Agreement, the cost of which shall be an Operating Expense and subject to the budget process of the Management Agreement, shall lie solely with Manager. During the budgeting process, Manager shall recommend to the Tribe for its approval a schedule setting forth the kinds and amounts of such insurance to be maintained by it during the ensuing policy year.
Responsibility to Maintain. The obligation to maintain the insurance policies required by this Agreement shall lie solely with Owner. At least ten (10) business days prior to the expiration of any policy period, unless Manager shall have theretofore obtained continuing policies on behalf of Owner, Owner shall submit to Manager for its approval a schedule setting forth the kinds and amounts of such insurance to be maintained by it during the ensuing policy year, together with a paid receipt evidencing prepayment of the applicable premiums in full for such ensuing policy year or other applicable billing period (but not less than quarter year).
Responsibility to Maintain. The cost of insurance set forth above shall be paid as an Operating Expense. To the extent any such insurance shall cover property in addition to the Managed Premises, the expense of such insurance shall be allocated equitably. Rebates, reductions and other such items shall also be allocated.
Responsibility to Maintain. Nothing herein is intended to relieve the Covenantor of any existing responsibilities to maintain the Burdened Property in accordance with a laws and governmental requirements.
Responsibility to Maintain. Buyer acknowledges receipt of the Maintenance Manual for Buyer’s unit and all common areas. Buyer understands that building maintenance is the joint responsibility of all unit owners and the condominium association, and that failure to maintain Buyer’s unit as well as the common areas can lead to costly damage and repairs to the building. Buyer agrees to regularly inspect its unit for damage requiring maintenance or repair and to assure that appropriate maintenance is performed in accordance with the Maintenance Manual. Xxxxx waives any claim against Seller and against the Contractor, Architect and Architect’s consultants caused by the failure of Buyer to maintain, inspect, report and repair damage to Buyer’s unit and related common areas.
