Responsibility to Maintain. During the Operating Period, Lessee, or if and to the extent requested by Lessee, Manager at the expense of Lessee, shall procure and maintain the insurance policies required under clauses (a) through (f) and (i) through (l) of Subsection 5.01.1, and Manager shall procure and maintain the coverages required under clauses (g), (h) and (m) of that Subsection, at the expense of Lessee.

Responsibility to Maintain. During the Term, Owner, or if and to the extent requested by Owner, Manager at the expense of Owner, shall procure and maintain the above insurance policies, including those required under clauses (a) through (i) excluding clause (g) of Subsection 5.01.1. Owner may satisfy this requirement by participating in Manager's insurance programs.
Responsibility to Maintain. During the Term, Manager at the expense of and as agent of Lessee, shall procure and maintain the insurance policies required under Section 5.1. The costs of all insurance for the Property shall be an Operating Expense. On request, Manager shall furnish Lessee with a schedule of insurance obtained with respect to the Property listing the policy numbers of the insurance obtained, the names of the companies issuing such policies, the names of the parties insured, the amounts and expiration date or dates of such policies, and the risks covered thereby.

Responsibility to Maintain. The cost of insurance set forth above shall be paid as an Operating Expense. To the extent any such insurance shall cover property in addition to the Managed Premises, the expense of such insurance shall be allocated equitably.
