Insurance to be Maintained by the New PC. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, the New PC shall maintain in full force and effect comprehensive professional liability insurance with limits of not less than $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 annual aggregate per Xx. Xxxxxxx and each of the Orthodontists providing services for the New PC and a separate limit for the New PC. The New PC shall be responsible for all liabilities within deductibles and for all liabilities in excess of the limits of such policies. The MSO agrees to negotiate for and cause premiums to be paid on behalf of the New PC with respect to such insurance. Premiums and deductibles with respect to such policies shall not be MSO Expenses. The New PC also agrees to name the MSO and OMEGA as co-insureds. The New PC agrees to deliver to the MSO and OMEGA a certificate of insurance indicating such coverage.
Insurance to be Maintained. The Company covenants to provide and maintain, or cause to be provided and maintained, continuously, unless otherwise herein provided, adequate insurance on the Project Facilities as shall be mutually agreed upon by the Bank and the Company. Each insurance policy with respect to the Project Facilities shall name the Bank, the Authority and the Trustee as additional insureds. All policies of insurance required by this Section, copies thereof, or certificates of insurance with respect thereto shall be deposited with the Trustee.

Throughout the Term of this Agreement, the PC shall maintain in full force and effect comprehensive professional liability insurance with limits of not less than $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 annual aggregate for Dr. Feldman and each of the Orthodontists providxxx xxxxxxxs for the PC and a separate limit for the PC. The PC shall be responsible for all liabilities within deductibles and for all liabilities in excess of the limits of such policies. The MSO agrees to negotiate for and cause premiums to be paid on behalf of the PC with respect to such insurance. Deductibles with respect to such policies shall not be MSO Expenses. The MSO shall reimburse the PC for premiums in accordance with the Approved Budget. The PC also agrees to name the MSO and OMEGA as co-insureds. The PC agrees to deliver to the MSO and OMEGA a certificate of insurance indicating such coverage.
Insurance to be Maintained by the New PC. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, the New PC shall maintain in full force and effect comprehensive professional liability insurance with limits of not less than $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 annual aggregate per Dr. Whitaker and each of xxx Xxxxxxxxxists providing services for the New PC and a separate limit for the New PC. The New PC shall be responsible for all liabilities within deductibles and for all liabilities in excess of the limits of such policies. The MSO agrees to negotiate for and cause premiums to be paid on behalf of the New PC with respect to such insurance. Premiums and deductibles with respect to such policies shall not be MSO Expenses. The New PC also agrees to name the MSO and OMEGA as co-insureds and provided for waivers of insurers rights of subrogation in favor of the MSO and OMEGA. The New PC agrees to deliver to the MSO and OMEGA a certificate of insurance indicating such coverage. In the event that naming the MSO as an additional insured results in extra cost to the New PC, then the MSO shall reimburse the New PC for such cost.
Insurance to be Maintained. Throughout the Term, both parties hereto shall maintain such insurances as are reasonably requested by the other party and, in any event, insurance in such amounts and from reputable insurers as necessary to cover their respective activities under this Agreement. Each party has consulted with its applicable insurance agency and all carriers to inform them of the relationship between the parties and has secured adequate and appropriate insurance and coordination thereof. The parties will work together with their applicable insurance agents and carriers and when appropriate and possible will have one another named as insureds on applicable policies and otherwise follow good insurance practices.
Insurance to be Maintained. (a) Tenant must, throughout the Lease Term, (i) maintain in full force and effect commercial general liability, property/casualty, pollution/environmental liability and other lines of insurance of the types, on the terms and in the amounts commensurate with Tenant’s Operations and risks associated therewith (“Insurance”) and (ii) comply with Applicable Laws relating to workers’ compensation insurance regarding insurance or qualification as a self-insurer.
Insurance to be Maintained. With the Approval of Partners, the Partnership shall procure and maintain in full force and effect the following insurance, the premiums for which shall be an expense of the Partnership:

The Borrower covenants to provide and maintain continuously unless otherwise herein provided, adequate insurance on the Mortgaged Property in compliance with Section 9.06 hereof. Each insurance policy with respect to the Project Facility shall name the Bank as an additional insured and as Mortgagee/loss payee as provided in said Section 9.06.
Insurance to be Maintained. Tenant shall, at its own cost and expense, provide and keep in force the following insurance at the following levels (as Adjusted By CPI every ten (10) Lease Years), or at the types and levels required by the Leasehold Mortgagee, whichever is greater:
Insurance to be Maintained. BY PROMEDCO-SW. Throughout the term of this Agreement, ProMedCo-SW will use reasonable efforts to provide and maintain, as a Clinic Expense, comprehensive professional liability insurance for all professional employees of ProMedCo-SW and NMC with limits as determined reasonable by ProMedCo-SW in its national program, comprehensive general liability insurance and property insurance covering the Clinic Facility and operations.
