Responsibilities of College. (1). Monitor the instruction of all Dual Credit Courses to assure the quality, uniformity, implementation, sequencing, and pacing of instruction in accordance with the standards established by the State of Texas, SACSCOC, and Dallas College. College will designate personnel to monitor and assure adherence to these standards and expectations that are assessed uniformly in all venues where college courses are offered.

College shall retain ultimate responsibility for the students’ grades, evaluations and discipline. College will provide and maintain records and reports necessary for conducting the students’ clinical learning experience. College will provide Facility with a timely announcement or description of the Program, curriculum and objectives to be achieved at Facility. College will provide advance notice of its academic calendar. College affirms that it has drug-free workplace policies in effect, and that all faculty and staff are required to follow such policies, and prohibited from being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or an unlawfully controlled substance while working for the College.

Responsibilities of College. 2.1 College will plan and implement an educational program for its students, such as plan and determine the adequacy of the educational experience of its students in theoretical training, basic skills in the provision of health care, professional ethics, attitude and behavior. College will determine a student's final grade. College will notify the Agency of each student’s assignment and schedule, including the dates and purpose of affiliation, the name of each student, and the level of academic preparation. Agency may approve or disapprove all schedules and assignments.

College shall provide at designated District high schools dual enrollment faculty, appropriate curriculum, instruction, and award college credit for courses provided at the request of District, all as more particularly set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. In the event that the provisions of Exhibit "A" conflict with the terms of this AGREEMENT, the terms of this AGREEMENT shall control.
