A&M SYSTEM means The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the State of Texas and “PROVIDER” means LinkedIn. A&M System requires the following additions to be made to PROVIDER’s LinkedIn Subscription Agreement. In the event there is a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Addendum, this addendum will control.

  • Pursuant to Section 85.18, Texas Education Code, venue for any suit filed against A&M SYSTEM shall be in the county in which the primary office of the chief executive officer of A&M SYSTEM is located which at the time of execution of this Contract is Brazos County, Texas.

  • A&M SYSTEM and PURCHASER can change their respective notice address by sending to the other party a notice of the new address.

  • This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between A&M SYSTEM and PURCHASER regarding the sale and purchase of the Property and will not be explained, modified, or contradicted by any prior or contemporaneous negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral.

  • This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement of A&M SYSTEM and TENANT and supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, written or oral, between them regarding the subject matter covered by this Agreement.

  • A&M SYSTEM shall not be liable or bound in any manner by any verbal or written statements, representations, or information pertaining to the Property, or the operation thereof, furnished by any real estate broker, agent, employee, servant, or other person.

  • A&M SYSTEM and TENANT can change their respective notice address by sending to the other party a notice of the new address.

  • In consideration of the sale of the Property and subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract, PURCHASER agrees to pay A&M SYSTEM a purchase price for the Property of $ (the “Purchase Price”).

  • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.
