REQUIREMENTS/ SPECIFICATIONS. 3.1 TAM shall maintain the Equipment in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Airworthiness Regulatory Agency Production Approval Holders' ("PAH") instructions for continued airworthiness, engine and/or component maintenance manuals, approved current technical data, service bulletins, applicable Airworthiness Directives, and TAM's Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Plan ("Plan"). The Plan shall substantially conform to the PAH data and include the Pratt & Whitney workscopes referenced herein. The Plan shall be xxxxxved xx xxx regulatory agencies with proper jurisdiction. In addition, the Plan shall incorporate all Airworthiness Regulatory Agency procedures/requirements then in effect and applicable to TAM. Star shall purchase exclusively from Powexx xx to [***] Star Barns per Production Period (as defined below). Thereafter, Star may purchase additional Star Barns during such Production Period [***] The Star Barn shall be manufactured to the specifications set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto. Subject to the preceding sentence, and with the prior written consent of Star, which shall not be withheld unreasonably, Powexx xxxl have the right to make changes in the design, components and materials used in the Star Barn so long as such alterations do not change the specifications set forth on Exhibit A and, in Powexx'x xxxsonable judgment, negatively effect the Star Barn's quality, performance or conformance to applicable warranties.
