Maintenance Plan definition

Maintenance Plan means a maintenance plan pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(b) and 5.8 prepared by the design engineer for the stormwater management measures incorporated into the design of a major development.
Maintenance Plan means an annual plan for the management, operation and ordinary maintenance of the NECEC Transmission Line, which plan shall include a description of the scope and nature of the planned operating and maintenance programs and planned and preventive maintenance procedures for the NECEC Transmission Line, and the scheduled maintenance and other planned outages of the NECEC Transmission Line, in each case, in accordance with Section 6.3 hereof and the requirements of the PPA.
Maintenance Plan means an implementation plan under Section 175A of the CAA, as amended.

More Definitions of Maintenance Plan

Maintenance Plan means a maintenance plan that (i) demonstrates nutrient (nitrogen and/or phosphorous as applicable) removal in accordance with the applicable budget calculator published by Natural England, and (ii) sets out a plan for the future management and maintenance of the relevant Asset.
Maintenance Plan means a revision to the applicable SIP, meeting the requirements of section 175A of the CAA.
