Equipment Specifications definition

Equipment Specifications has the meaning set out in Section 5.1;
Equipment Specifications means the specifications and standards relating to equipment required for the Project and to be provided, operated and maintained by the Concessionaire and as set forth in Schedule 2: Specifications for Non-AC City Bus.
Equipment Specifications. This section provides a list of the individual components and the quantities of each being proposed for the system, along with a description of the major operator interfaced components.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.
