Rental Rates and Fees. All rentals require credit card payment or an existing Open Account. Contact HVS to arrange for alter- nate terms of payment. The undersigned is responsible for damage, loss or theft of the equipment during the rental period. Identification of any possible hidden damage is subject to inspection by HVS. When operated prop- erly the equipment should incur minimal wear and tear during the rental period. If it is determined that upon receipt and inspection of the returned equipment there has been excessive wear and tear or abuse the customer shall be charged for repair. This includes but is not limited to contamination of equipment by chemicals, water or excess particles or running the equipment without the proper type or amount of lubricant. The undersigned is responsible for payment of reasonable costs to repair or replace the equipment due to damage, loss or theft. It is highly recommended to verify business insur- ance coverage of rental equipment in possession. HVS reserves the right to charge the provided credit card to cover the damage, loss or theft of the rental equipment.
