The Marina Operations clause defines the rules and responsibilities governing the use and management of marina facilities. Marina Operations. The Concessionaire shall during the Concession period and as per the provision of this Agreement shall:
(a) Execute successful commissioning of Marina &Shipyard facility
(b) Start of the operations and services of Facility Centre Exclusive Yacht club & Commercial area only after successful commissioning of Marina and Shipyard in complete.
(c) promptly commence operations upon the Project Facilities and Services being declared by the Concessioning Authority as ready for operations;
(d) make efforts to achieve optimal utilization of the Project Facilities and Services;
Marina Operations. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees generally to operate the leased premises as a marina in a responsible and professional manner. Services of this operation include slip rental, winter boat storage, boat haul outs, boat put ins, ship’s store, fuel sales, sanitary pump outs, boat maintenance, full maintenance of all leased facilities as required by this agreement, and any other services incidental to the normal operations of a marina. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ also operate charter services, bait sales, boat sales, and boat rentals, and other marina-related business. Non-marina business may be conducted by the Marina on the leased premises only with the prior approval of the City.
Marina Operations. Manage, operate, and maintain a marina operation including water based marina store; and water-based houseboat and pleasure boat slip rentals, seasonal houseboat and pleasure boat moorages, courtesy docks, wastewater pump out services, fresh water supply, marine fuel, boat repair, restrooms and trash and recycling receptacles. The Concession Contractor shall also provide and maintain related land-based marina amenities including adequate single vehicle parking stalls, truck and trailer parking stalls, trash receptacles, restrooms and trash disposal services.
Marina Operations. Licensor and its designees, shall have sole authority of, and be solely responsible for, the operation of Pelican Rest Marina.
