Relationship with Other Instruments. The provisions of this Agreement shall in no way affect the rights and obligations of any Party with regard to any existing treaty, convention or instrument to which they are Parties.
Relationship with Other Instruments. 1. The Principality of Liechtenstein may continue to apply bilateral or multilateral agreements or arrangements on cross-border cooperation with Member States that are in force on the date on which this Agreement is concluded in so far as such agreements or arrangements are not incompatible with the objectives of this Agreement. The Principality of Liechtenstein shall notify the European Union of any such agreements or arrangements which will continue to apply.
Relationship with Other Instruments. 1. The Swiss Confederation may continue to apply bilateral or multi lateral agreements or arrangements on cross-border cooperation with Member States that are in force on the date on which this Agreement is concluded in so far as such agreements or arrangements are not incompatible with the objectives of this Agreement. The Swiss Confed eration shall notify the European Union of any such agreements or arrangements which will continue to apply.
Relationship with Other Instruments. This agreement is to be read in conjunction with the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Act 1987 and the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (General) Award 2000 [A0555; Print S8397]. The parties acknowledge that this agreement will prevail over the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (General) Award 2000 to the extent of any inconsistency, or to the extent that the Award deals with matters provided in this agreement. The parties further agree that no employee will be disadvantaged, in overall terms of award conditions otherwise enjoyed at the date of certification, as a result of this agreement. This agreement operates to the complete exclusion of all previous applicable agreements certified under the Industrial Relations Act 1988 or the Workplace Relations Act 1996, including: • Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (Enterprise Bargaining and Productivity Enhancement) Agreement 1992 (Doc K6143) • Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (Flexible Working Hours Rationalisation) Agreement 1994 (Doc A0996) • Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation Enterprise Agreement 1995 (Doc M1256) • Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation Enterprise Agreement 1997 (Doc M1256) • Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation Enterprise Agreement, 2000 (Doc AG804604) • Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation, Enterprise Agreement, 2002 (Doc AG2003/704). • Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation, Enterprise Agreement, 2006 (AG845761). This agreement is to be read in conjunction with ANSTO policies and procedures identified in this agreement. Identified Policies and procedures cannot be altered unless in consultation and agreement with the ANSTO Joint Consultative Committee. See Appendix 2 of the Enterprise Agreement for a list of identified policies and procedures.
Relationship with Other Instruments. This Agreement shall supersede, replace and operate to the exclusion of all industrial agreements of any form, including any workplace agreement and/or pre-reform certified agreement. This Agreement shall operate to the exclusion of any Award that would otherwise apply to the employees covered by this Agreement and, in particular, to all protected award conditions derived from any such Award including the Butter, Cheese & Other Dairy Products (State) Award.
Relationship with Other Instruments. While this Agreement applies to a Team Member no other enterprise or collective agreement, award, pre-reform certified agreement, preserved state agreement or notional agreement preserving a state award will apply to the Team Member (unless required by law). Relationship with Other Instruments. 9.1 Relationship to National Training Wage Agreement 1994 A party to this agreement shall comply with the terms of the National Training Wage Agreement 1994 [Print N4816], as varied, as though bound by clause 3 of that agreement.
Relationship with Other Instruments. This Agreement replaces the Speedo Australia Machinists & Cutters Certified Agreement 2002. This Agreement shall be read in conjunction with the Award, provided that where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Award, this Agreement shall take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency.
Relationship with Other Instruments a. This Agreement wholly replaces the RAC/FSU Member Service and Contact Centre (Sales) Enterprise Agreement 2010.
Relationship with Other Instruments. This is a comprehensive Agreement that applies to the exclusion of all other industrial instruments. This Agreement will be read in conjunction with the National Employment Standards (NES). No term of this Agreement shall be less favourable to Employees than the corresponding term in the NES. If a term of this Agreement is less favourable, the corresponding provision of the NES will apply.
