Regular Holiday Compensation - Regular Full-time Employees. In addition to regular salary, any regular full-time employee who is required to work on a regular holiday shall have the option of being compensated for the hours worked on such holiday by: (1) cash payment at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times such employee's hourly base salary, or (2) the accumulation of regular holiday time at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) hours for each hour worked. Any regular full-time employee whose regularly scheduled day off falls on a regular holiday shall have the option to accrue eight (8) hours of regular holiday time, or receive cash payment of eight (8) hours of regular holiday time.

  • HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED 126.   • Regular Employee Seniority for a regular employee is defined as the length of the employee’s continuous employment (whether full-time or part-time) from the date of commencement of regular employment, plus any seniority accrued, while working as a casual employee of the Employer.
