Reduced Services. The California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS) Reduced Workload Program allows eligible members to reduce their workload from full-time to part-time duties (a minimum of 50% of full time) for up to ten years, normally the last ten years before retirement. The program is offered by the District in accordance with CalSTRS guidelines regarding requirements and compensation. Reduced services unit members may be returned to full-time employment only with the mutual consent of the unit members and the District.

Reduced Services. Except as expressly otherwise provided in Exhibit A or Exhibit B, Kamada shall provide at least fourteen (14) calendar days’ prior written notice to Saol of any requested decrease in the level of Transition Services (whether the Transition Service in its entirety, or only certain component(s) thereof, is no longer required), provided that for Transition Services provided by, or that rely on any goods or services provided by, a Third Party, the advance notice period shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days. In the event that Kamada notifies Saol pursuant to this Section 2.7 that a Transition Service in its entirety is no longer required, upon the expiration of the applicable advance notice period, such Transition Service shall be deemed terminated by Kamada for all purposes of this Agreement, subject to Section 8.3(a). In the event that Kamada notifies Saol pursuant to this Section 2.7 that only certain component(s) of a Transition Service are no longer required, such requested modification shall only be effective on the last day of a calendar month during which the notice is provided and Saol shall no longer be obligated to provide or cause the provision of such component(s) of such Transition Service from and after such date. Kamada shall be responsible for all Services Fees and Reimbursable Expenses owed for the period prior to the effective date of any Transition Service reduction.
Reduced Services. To the extent Operating Expenses are reduced due to the fact that one or more full floors within the Premises are not being occupied (without implying that Tenant must remove its furniture, fixtures and equipment from such space), any savings in Operating Expenses actually realized (as reasonably estimated by Landlord) by Landlord shall be passed on to Tenant.
