Contracted Services. Subject only to the provisions contained in the Letter of Understanding which is appended to, and which forms a part of this Agreement, the Employer agrees that all work coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, performed by anyone on behalf of, or at the instance of the Employer, directly or indirectly under contract or subcontract, shall be performed by employees who are members of the Union, or who shall become members in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the Agreement.
Contracted Services. PPG and Member Physicians shall render Contracted Services which are not PPG Capitated Services to Members covered under this Addendum B and shall be compensated on a fee-for-service basis at the rates set forth in Addendum E. PPG shall submit claims in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and State and federal law.
Contracted Services. In a fixed price contract, if the number of services provided is less than the number of services for which the Contractor received compensation, funds to be returned to the ADHS shall be determined by the Contract price. Where the price is determined by cost per unit of service or material, the funds to be returned shall be determined by multiplying the unit of service cost by the number of services the Contractor did not provide during the Contract term. Where the price for a deliverable is fixed, but the deliverable has not been completed, the Contractor shall be paid a pro rata portion of the completed deliverable. In a cost reimbursement contract, the ADHS shall pay for any costs that the Contractor can document as having been paid by the Contractor and approved by ADHS. In addition, the Contractor will be paid its reasonable actual costs for work in progress as determined by Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures up to the date of contract termination.
Contracted Services. The Employer agrees that all work coming under the jurisdiction of this Union, in the certified area, performed by anyone, on behalf of, or at the instance of the Employer, directly or indirectly under contract or sub-contract, shall be performed by employees who are members of this Union or who shall become members in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in this Agreement. Any such third party performing the work shall be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this Collective Agreement as if it were signatory to this Collective Agreement.
Contracted Services. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to preclude the District from contracting for services or work not currently performed by this bargaining unit.
Contracted Services. The Employer will not contract out any work normally performed by employees in the bargaining unit that results in the lay-off of any bargaining unit employee. The provisions of this article shall be subject to the Employer’s obligations to comply with requirements of the BC Lottery Corporation, or any other legislation, policies, directives, or regulations of any level of government which apply to the operation of the casino.
Contracted Services. 1. The Sheriff may provide contracted services at special events such as school dances, fairs, concerts, etc.
Contracted Services. Contracting for services from outside organizations or businesses is permitted if included in the approved project plan and budget. Such services could include contracted fuels crews, arborists, trucking, waste disposal, and other costs. - Required documentation will include receipts detailing costs, dates and details of services provided.

Contracted Services. The trainings offered shall fulfill the requirements for Title IV-E federally-funded training programs. Xxxxxx-Las Positas Community College District (CLPCCD), hereafter referred to as “Contractor” shall collaborate with subcontracting agencies and Mendocino County Health & Human Services Agency (HHSA), Social Services Branch to coordinate training schedules, locations and subcontracting activities. This contract is created in partnership with Mendocino County Health & Human Services Agency (HHSA), Social Services Branch and community agencies that work with xxxxxx and adoptive care children in Mendocino County. This contract and subsequent addendums shall serve as the primary basis and reference documents for the contracted services described within.
