Assignment Notification. 26.1.1 In order that employees may begin planning and preparation for the coming school year, employees other than newly employed or transferred employees, shall be notified by the principal or supervisor by posting not later than the end of the school year, a duty schedule for the coming school year showing tentative employee assignments including their programs for the coming school year, the schools to which they will be assigned, the grades and/or subjects that they will teach, and any special or unusual classes that they will have.
Assignment Notification. 24.13.2.1 In order that extended duty personnel may begin planning and preparation for the coming school year, personnel other than those newly employed and transfers, shall be notified of their tentative extended duty assignments not later than the end of the school year.

Every effort shall be made to notify teachers no later than April 30th of any change in teaching assignment for the next school year, including the school or schools to which they will be assigned, the grade and/or subject they will teach, and any special or unusual classes which may require special preparation beforehand.

Assignment Notification. 1. It is recognized that the District has the right to assign classes to Adjunct Faculty. The School Xxxx shall request that Adjunct Faculty express their assignment preference in time for schedules to be produced. Every effort will be made by the District to obtain written or oral consent of the assignment(s) from the Adjunct Faculty Member prior to the distribution of the class schedule. Adjunct Faculty Members who taught the previous semester, shall be notified of hiring or non-hiring no less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the start of the Fall and Spring Semesters. For the Intersession and Summer session (if offered by the District), Adjunct Faculty Members shall be notified of hiring no less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the start of the sessions. Such notification of hiring shall be in writing or by District email and shall include pertinent information such as course(s) or non-teaching assignment dates and times. The following language shall be included on the load plan. “This offer of employment and assignment is contingent upon budgetary considerations, a sufficient number of students enrolled, and /or any unforeseen enrollment changes in, or constraints upon the District. This is the only notification of assignment you will receive.”

Assignment Notification. The University will email residents when their room/roommate assignment information is available through the MyHousing portal. The University reserves the right to alter the specific room assignment at any time, including during and after assignment notification.
