Reciprocal Benefits. 9.1.1 The San Xxxx Obispo County Employees Retirement Plan will continue to provide for reciprocal benefit treatment with the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) which incorporates through the reciprocity agreement with CalPERS other contract agencies, counties and municipalities that are also reciprocal with CalPERS, provided, however, that any Plan amendments which may be necessary to maintain that status shall require approval of both parties.

Reciprocal Benefits. The above-named Associations undertake to extend benefits granted to their own members to bona-fide members of the other Associations. A “member” is defined as someone who has been accepted by the Association in accordance with their constitution and who has paid all currently due fees. The benefits described above shall be detailed by each Association in the appendix to this memorandum. In order to ascertain eligibility to these reciprocal benefits, each Association will make their members’ names, email address and affiliation available to the other Associations in the consortium. Members from each Association have the right to request that such information is not shared, in which case they will be ineligible to access the reciprocal benefits. IMPLEMENTATION The Presidents (or equivalent) of the above-named Associations, plus up to one additional co-opted representative from each Association, will form the Steering Group of the consortium. The Steering Group shall hold a minimum of three online meetings each year. These meetings will consider ways of furthering the consortium’s objectives, and monitor the uptake of the reciprocal benefits. It is understood that activities that go beyond those outlined in this memorandum may need the agreement of an Association’s own Council (or equivalent). Each Association may cite this partnership agreement in their promotional materials, as an enhanced provision to members. Any Association may at any time cancel this agreement in writing to the other consortium members, from which point reciprocal membership benefits shall cease.   • General Benefits During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company's senior-level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability, travel accident and life insurance plans.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • Reciprocal Compensation Traffic Telecommunications traffic originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network and terminated to a Customer of the other Party on that other Party’s network, except for Telecommunications traffic that is interstate or intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access. The determination of whether Telecommunications traffic is Exchange Access or Information Access shall be based upon Verizon’s local calling areas as defined by Verizon. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period.
