Resource Materials Clause Samples
The Resource Materials clause defines the types of documents, data, or materials that are provided or made available as part of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes resource materials, who is responsible for supplying them, and any conditions or restrictions on their use, such as intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of what resources are included, how they may be used, and to prevent disputes over access or ownership of these materials during the course of the agreement.
Resource Materials. The Board agrees to expend at the discretion of the Superintendent of Schools and approval of the Board of Education monies each school year to purchase books, equipment and/or educational resource materials as may be recommended.
Resource Materials. That all workshop materials which should include bags, jotters, pens etc. must be engraved with the topic of the program. - That all CPD programmes should be given in power point presentations with laser pointers.

Resource Materials. A) Visual Training Modules (VTMs)
1. I understand that I will exclusively use the VTMs for my NHA presentations. The VTMs have replaced the Facilitator’s Guide as a teaching resource.
2. Each individual who is awarded the designation of NHA Certified or Advanced Trainer will be sent an email with a private registration link to purchase the Trainer Network, which is the home of the VTMs. I may customize my NHA teaching and training (including the creation of specialized trainings or “notching up” beyond the core components of the VTMs) by adding custom slides to the VTMs, developing my own experiential exercises, adding additional video clips, and creating my own handouts by following the Trainer Network Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement found within the Trainer Network. Cursory review for Fidelity purposed may be required if integration of other approaches or theory will be used in the presentation. Reviews must be submitted no less than ten (10) days prior to the presentation.
B) Handouts: Documents that will be used in presentations, may not be posted on websites for public use/view. Only registered members of classes/workshops may have access to these copyrighted documents.

Only registered members of classes/workshops may have access to these copyrighted documents. All documents must be removed from the internet / cloud storage upon the conclusion of the training.
Resource Materials. The Exhibit is accompanied by resource information to help plan and implement successful presentations. This includes the Exhibit script, sample educational materials, press releases and brochure.
