Associate Members. An Associate Member is any government or regulatory agency that has an interest in the development of oneM2M Technical Specifications and Technical Reports. The list of the Associate Members will be maintained by the Secretariat and visible to all oneM2M Participants.
Associate Members. 1. The Board may appoint major contributors to the Institute as Associate Members for such periods of time as it shall determine.
Associate Members. Article 136.- The Andean Council of Foreign Ministers meeting in enlarged session may, at the proposal of the Andean Commission, with the interested country having expressed its will, confer the status of Associate Member on a country that has entered into a free trade agreement with the Andean Community Member Countries. Article 137.- Upon granting a country the status of Associate Member, the Andean Council of Foreign Ministers and the Andean Community Commission shall, in keeping with their respective spheres of competence and after having heard the opinion of the General Secretariat, define the following through the adoption of a Decision:
Associate Members. Associate Members shall not be entitled to vote within their Industry Sector or for any other purpose as a Member. Associate Members shall otherwise have all the rights and obligations of being a Member in the Corporation.
Associate Members. Associate members shall be entities such as standards organizations, research institutions, academic institutions, open source organizations, publishing organizations and other organization types as established from time to time by the Eclipse Foundation Board of Directors that agree to abide by the obligations set forth in this Agreement. Associate Members shall not be represented on the Board of Directors and shall not be permitted to vote with the Membership At-Large.
Associate Members. By separate agreement with the Authority, upon approval of the Board, the Authority may enter into an associate member agreement with interested entities with a significant stake in the Watershed. The Associate Members are not parties to this Agreement and shall not be entitled to representation on the Board; they shall, however, be entitled to receive advance notice of and attend all regular and special meetings of the Board, and shall be entitled to serve on any committee established pursuant to Section 5 .5(b) hereof.
Associate Members. 2. The Director of the Technical Unit shall be an ex-officio Member of the Executive Committee.
Associate Members. Any non-utility participant, approved by the ILWARN Steering Committee, that provides a support role for the ILWARN program, for example; Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, Illinois Emergency Management Agency, Illinois Department of Public Health, or associations, that do not sign the ILWARN Agreement.
Associate Members. Associate members may participate in working group meetings upon invitation and contribute to the subject matters in line with the vision.
Associate Members. The Associate Members of the Authority shall be those Federal Governmental Entities listed on the attached Exhibit “B” so long as their Membership has not been withdrawn or terminated pursuant to the provisions Article XI of this Agreement. Associate Members shall be afforded a representative non-voting seat on the Authority’s Board of Directors which will entitle the representative to full participation in the meetings and discussions of the Board. However, Representatives of Associate Member(s) shall not be Directors, nor shall they become officers of the Authority and they shall not have the power to vote on any action and or proposal before the Board of Directors.
