Associate Members Sample Clauses

The 'Associate Members' clause defines the status, rights, and obligations of individuals or entities who are granted associate membership within an organization. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for becoming an associate member, the process for admission, and the specific privileges or limitations compared to full members—such as limited voting rights or participation in certain activities. Its core function is to provide a structured way for organizations to include participants who may not meet all requirements for full membership, thereby broadening engagement while maintaining clear distinctions in roles and responsibilities.
