Sponsorship Benefits. 3.1 INREV agrees to grant the Sponsor the above chosen and described sponsorship benefits.

Sponsorship Benefits. During the Term, provided that Sponsor fulfills all of its payment obligations to LAYBS, Sponsor will receive the benefits described on Exhibit A, per the selected sponsorship level attached to this Agreement and made a part hereof and no others (the “Benefits”). Sponsorship Benefits. In consideration of Sponsor's payment of the Sponsorship Fee and performance of the Sponsorship Obligations, Organizer shall provide Sponsor with the Sponsorship Benefits set forth in Schedule B.
Sponsorship Benefits.
