Ratification Meeting. Members of the bargaining unit shall, subject to operational requirements, be allowed to attend, without loss of pay or benefits, a meeting called by the local Union for purposes of ratifying collective agreements during working hours. The ratification meeting shall be set on a date mutually agreed to by the parties and shall commence not earlier than 2:30 p.m. on that day.

Arbitration/Mediation (Article 9): Local President or Vice, Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and grievor for days of hearing and subpoenaed bargaining unit members. It is understood that Article 14.14 applies to meetings held during the employee's normal working hours and that no overtime compensation will be granted for meetings extending beyond the employee's normal working hours.
