Qualifications/Eligibility. A. Subcontractor will have the qualifications necessary to successfully complete the objectives of this Agreement. Subcontractor hereby affirms that he/she is eligible to work in the United States as set forth in the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA).

Qualifications/Eligibility. Use of the Service is subject to Bank approval. In order to be eligible to use the Service, your account(s) must meet qualification criteria set by the Bank. Any Central National Bank account holder who has a qualified account, is signed up for Mobile Banking, and is a user of CNB’s smartphone app, is eligible for the Mobile Check Deposit service, excluding Second Chance Checking Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Central Secret Agent and Youth Savings Accounts. Qualified accounts are determined at Central National Bank's discretion. We will review all accounts for which you are signer in order to determine your qualification for the Service. We will notify you of our decision regarding your qualification for the Service.
Qualifications/Eligibility. Employees selected for temporary promotions must meet the requirements for basic eligibility in accordance with applicable qualifications standards of the Office of Personnel Management and appropriate selective factors.
