Qualification Criteria definition

Qualification Criteria means any minimum mandatory requirements set out in the standing notice of procurement for the Marketplace on GETS and/or on the Marketplace itself; Services means the services or goods in relation to which you have sought and obtained consent for Services Listings in the Marketplace pursuant to the On-boarding Process; Services Listings means entries in the Marketplace Catalogues for particular Services available for purchase, subscription or consumption by Eligible Agencies; Standard Terms means the provider’s standard terms of service for its services, regardless of the name given to them; Statement of Work means a statement of work or any other kind of order for Services, the form of which may be prescribed by the applicable Agency Purchase Agreement; Supplier Code of Conduct means the code of conduct by that name available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xx; and User means an individual that uses a Service on behalf of, in the course of employment or other work for, or to receive a service from, a Purchasing Agency.
Qualification Criteria means the criteria provided in Clause 1.9 of the Request for Proposal, which an Applicant is required to satisfy, to be an eligible bidder.
