Property/Equipment. Any and all property and equipment purchased and/or used in the performance of services hereunder by the County shall be and remain the property and equipment of the County (Sheriff) throughout the term of this Agreement and upon termination of this Agreement. County shall have responsibility for the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and property used in the performance of services hereunder by Sheriff.

All homes include basic furniture, kitchen equipment, linens and towels and remain the property of the owner. Each house is decorated and furnished according to the taste of the owner. Most homes have locked closets, these areas contain the private property of the owner; please respect their privacy. Supplies: A supply of dry goods are provided i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. to get you started, however these are not replenished during your stay. There is no guarantee of food stuffs being available though often you will find items such as salt, pepper, coffee etc. which you are welcome to use. Toiletries: floats, snorkeling equipment, coolers, beach chairs, sunscreen, insect repellent etc. are not provided unless otherwise stated. Most of these items are available locally, though you will find it more cost effective to bring them with you.
Property/Equipment. (a) Company and the Company Subsidiaries have good, valid title to all of their respective properties, interests in properties and assets, real and personal, reflected in the balance sheets included in the Company Financial Statements and Company Subsidiary Financial Statements or acquired after the dates thereof, or otherwise used by the Company and the Company Subsidiaries in their respective operations, and have valid leasehold interests in all leased properties and assets, in each case free and clear of all mortgages, Liens, pledges, charges or encumbrances of any kind or character, except (i) Liens for current taxes not yet due and payable, (ii) such imperfections of title, Liens and easements as do not and will not materially detract from or interfere with the use or value of the properties subject thereto or affected thereby, or otherwise materially impair business operations involving such properties or (iii) Liens securing debt reflected on such balance sheets; or (iv) mechanics, materialmen’s or landlord’s Liens or other similar Liens incurred in the ordinary course of business (collectively, “Permitted Liens”). The Company and the Company Subsidiaries own or have adequate rights to use all of the assets, properties and rights of every type and description, whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, used or necessary to the conduct of the business of Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

Property/Equipment. To the best of the Primary Limited Partners' knowledge, the equipment located at the Properties and other equipment which is owned by or available to the Trust, the Partnership or the Subsidiary Partnerships is sufficient to permit the full operation of the improvements for their intended purpose.
