Progress Schedules, Progress Meetings and Pre-construction Conference. Progress Schedule: The Designer/Builder will submit an estimated progress schedule to the Owner for approval at the pre-construction conference. This schedule will indicate the starting and completion dates of the various stages of the Work, and (if required) will include a schedule of Shop Drawing submissions. This schedule will be updated at least monthly. Progress Meetings: The Designer/Builder shall schedule and hold weekly progress meetings in the Airport Conference room on the 2nd floor of the airport terminal building and at other times as requested by the Owner or required by progress of the Work. The Designer/Builder, the Owner, and all Subcontractors active on the site shall be represented at each meeting. The Designer/Builder may, at its discretion, request attendance by representatives of its suppliers, manufacturers, and other Subcontractors. The Designer/Builder shall preside at the meetings and provide for keeping of the minutes and provide the Owner with a copy of the minutes. The purpose of the meetings will be to review the progress of the Work, maintain coordination of efforts, discuss changes in procedures and personnel, and resolve other problems that may develop. Pre-construction Conference: Prior to the commencement of Work at the site, a pre-construction conference will be held at the Airport Conference Room at a mutually agreed upon time. The conference shall be attended by: • Designer/Builder, its superintendent and Architect of Record • Principal Subcontractors • Representatives of principal suppliers and manufacturers as appropriate • Representatives of Owner • Others as requested by the Designer/Builder or the Owner Unless previously submitted to the Owner, the Designer/Builder shall bring to the conference each of the following: • Material Sources • Materials Test Results and Certification • List of Equipment to be utilized • Description of Procedures and Work Crews The agenda will include: Designer/Builder's tentative schedules • Critical Work sequencing • Transmittal, review, and distribution of Designer/Builder's submittals • Field decisions and Change OrdersUse of premises, office and storage areas, security, housekeeping, and Owner's needs • Major equipment deliveries and priorities • Maintaining record documents • Processing applications for payment • Designer/Builder's assignments for safety and first aid The sequence of operations to be followed shall be prepared by the Designer/Builder for approval by the Owner.   • Construction Progress Meetings The Design Professional shall attend Construction Progress Meetings periodically held by the Contractor at the Site on a schedule determined by the Contractor. The Design Professional shall review the minutes of the meeting and provide his written comments to the minutes to the Owner and Contractor within seven calendar days after receipt of the meeting minutes.

  • Pre-Construction Conference Participate in a pre-construction conference prior to commencement of Work at the Site.

  • Pre-Construction Meeting No more than seven (7) days from the issuance of the NTP, unless the County grants additional time, the County will conduct a pre-construction meeting with the Contractor’s project manager, Subcontractors, and the end-user to determine the actual project schedule, project access requirements and to address and resolve any customer concerns.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.

  • Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiations meetings on behalf of the Institute.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.

  • Progress Meetings The Engineer shall from time to time during the progress of the work confer with the State. The Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary or as may be requested by the State in order to evaluate features of the work.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Employer’s Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability in the amounts as set forth in the UGSC.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by Owner. The Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be a lump sum amount based on the AACC established in this Agreement.
