Pre-Construction Phase Fee definition

Pre-Construction Phase Fee means the amount set forth in Paragraph 2 of Exhibit “A” attached to this Agreement.
Pre-Construction Phase Fee means the lump sum amount set forth in Article 14.

Examples of Pre-Construction Phase Fee in a sentence

  • If the AACC is changed materially before acceptance of the GMP Proposal, the Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be adjusted in writing in proportion to the change in the AACC.

  • The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by Owner.

Related to Pre-Construction Phase Fee

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Original construction means the first or initial construction

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • The constructional plant means all appliances, tools, plants or machinery or whatsoever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works but does not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Horizontal construction means the construction of any fixed work, including any irrigation, drainage, water supply, flood control, harbor, railroad, highway, tunnel, airport or airway, sewer, sewage disposal plant or water treatment facility and any ancillary vertical components thereof, bridge, inland waterway, pipeline for the transmission of petroleum or any other liquid or gaseous substance, pier, and work incidental thereto. The term does not include vertical construction, the construction of any terminal or other building of an airport or airway, or the construction of any other building.
