Pre-Construction Phase definition

Pre-Construction Phase means any period of time during which design or preparatory work is carried out for a project and may continue during the construction phase;
Pre-Construction Phase the phase preceding the Construction Phase;
Pre-Construction Phase means the period of time during which the Design-Builder is performing Pre-Construction Work.

More Definitions of Pre-Construction Phase

Pre-Construction Phase means the phase of the Pr oject prior to the Owner and Construction Manager agreeing upon and signing the Construction Contract. It is during the Pre-Construction Ph ase that the Construction Manager will provide the Services set out in this Agreement.
