Primary Representative. Associated Member shall designate a person within its organization to act as the coordinator for Associated Member and to be the primary point of contact for the Alliance and provide relevant contact details (the “Primary Representative”). The Primary Representative shall be responsible for: 3.2.1. Acting as the primary interface for Associated Member in connection with any joint activities of Associated Member and the Alliance; 3.2.2. Facilitating periodic meetings on any such joint activities, including telephone status calls on an as-needed basis with other Alliance Members, as applicable; 3.2.3. Facilitating discussions to develop, modify or further any such joint activities; 3.2.4. Coordinating requests for loaned materials and information (both as defined below) pursuant to and in conjunction with this Agreement and the providing of such loaned materials and information that the parties agree should be provided pursuant hereto; 3.2.5. Coordinating any such joint activities; and 3.2.6. Coordinating and helping to resolve any issues, concerns or disputes which arise with respect to any of the above.

Primary Representative. Contractor and Associate Participant firms shall each designate a Primary Representative for regular attendance at Great Service Forums℠ scheduled meetings. Contractors’ Primary Representative must have full-time and direct managerial involvement in their company’s field service organization with responsibility for the success of the marketing, operations, and administrative functions of that business unit. Contractor Participants must also designate an individual from their field service organization to attend Great Service Forums℠ sessions as a Second Representative. With sufficient prior notice, company owners and senior managers who are superiors to the Contractors’ Primary Representatives may from time to time attend sessions as guests.
