Press Plans. The parties agree to participate in a joint press ----------- announcement regarding the relationship entered into hereunder that will take place on a mutually agreed upon date. The parties will agree to the form and content of the joint press release. Either party may issue its own press release, subject to the other party's prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, of the content within the release. Each party will furnish its written acceptance of or objection to any proposed announcement within forty-eight (48) hours.

The parties shall agree to the form and content of the joint press release. Either party may issue its own press release, subject to the other party's prior approval of the content within the release, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld. With respect to major advertising and marketing deal announcements regarding the Service, Netscape and Participant shall have 72 business hours to respond, in writing, to any proposed announcement. In any press announcement regarding the Service, both Participant's and Netscape's name and logo shall be included in the press release.
Press Plans. The parties will collaborate to release soon after the Effective Date one mutually agreeable joint press release regarding the relationship entered into hereunder. The parties shall agree to the content and timing of such joint press release. Upon eBay's written approval, in its sole and absolute discretion, the parties may also release a second mutually agreeable joint press release upon the launch of the Services. Any other press announcement by either party regarding the subject matter of this Agreement will be subject to the other party's prior written approval in its sole and absolute discretion.

Hereafter, Manager shall, not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the commencement of each full fiscal year, submit to Owner, for Owner's approval, a proposed Operating Budget for the ensuing full or partial fiscal year, as the case may be. The business plan shall include, without limitation, an analysis of the market area in which the Hotel competes, a comparison of the Hotel and its business with competitive hotels, an analysis of categories of potential guests, and a description of sales and marketing activities designed to achieve and implement identified objectives and strategies. Fee Owner shall have no right to approve any Operating Budget. Owner's approval of the Operating Budget shall not be unreasonably withheld and shall be deemed given unless a specific written objection thereto is delivered by Owner to Manager within fifteen (15) days after submission. Owner shall review the Operating Budget on a line-by-line basis. To be effective, any notice which disapproves a proposed Operating Budget must contain specific objections in reasonable detail to individual line items. If the initial Operating Budget contains disputed budget item(s), said item(s) shall be deemed adopted until Owner and Manager have resolved the item(s) objected to by Owner or the Accountant(s) (hereinafter defined in Section 10.02) have resolved the item(s) objected to by Owner.
