Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in value in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control.
Benefit Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).
Company Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).
Building Plans means the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Estate or in respect of any part or parts of the Estate prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority under Reference No.2/9300/13 including any approved amendments thereto;
Employee Plans means all Benefit Arrangements, Multiemployer Plans, Pension Plans and Welfare Plans.
Plans means all maps, drawings, sketches and layout as incorporated in the Contract in order to define broadly the scope and specifications of the work & works and all reproductions thereof.
Closed panel plan means a plan that provides health benefits to covered persons primarily in the form of services through a panel of providers that have contracted with or are employed by the plan, and that excludes benefits for services provided by other providers, except in cases of emergency or referral by a panel member.
Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections approved by the City in accordance with the Municipal Code and this Agreement.
Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).
Incentive Compensation Plans means annual incentive compensation plans and long-term incentive compensation plans of the Company, which long-term incentive compensation plans may include plans offering stock options, restricted stock and other long-term incentive compensation.
Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.
Welfare Plan means a “welfare plan” as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA.
Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).
