Press Announcement definition

Press Announcement means the press announcement relating to the Transaction in the Agreed Form;

Press Announcement means the firm intention announcement to be published pursuant to Rule 2.7 of the Code in substantially the form attached in Appendix 1 to this undertaking;

Press Announcement means the press announcement containing details of the Offer which the Purchaser and the Company propose to release on the date of this Deed, a draft of which is attached to this Deed;

More Definitions of Press Announcement

Press Announcement means the press announcement dated 17 May 2006 issued by or on behalf of the Parent announcing the Offer.
