Annual Work Plans and Budgets. The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association for its approval, not later than November 30 of each year of Project implementation or such later date as the Association may agree, a consolidated annual work plan and budget containing all proposed activities to be carried out in the following Project year as provided by all the Key Project Implementing Entities, and implement or cause to be implemented all proposed activities, accordingly.

Annual Work Plans and Budgets. The Borrower shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than October 15 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for each subsequent Fiscal Year following FY 2004, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, with confirmation of availability of the Borrower’s contribution for expenditures under the Project for that Fiscal Year.

Annual Work Plans and Budgets. The Project Implementing Entity shall submit to the Recipient all such information as shall be required for its Respective Part of the Project to enable the Recipient to submit to the Association for its review and approval an annual work plan and budget on or about August 31 of each year of Project implementation. The Project Implementing Entity shall implement or cause to be implemented, the activities reflected in such annual work plans in a manner that is satisfactory to the Association.

Annual Work Plans and Budgets. 1. Not later than September 30 of each year during the implementation of the Project, the Project Implementing Entity shall prepare and furnish to the Recipient for inclusion in the Annual Work Plan and Budget, its annual work plan and budget containing all eligible activities and expenditures under its Respective Part of the Project planned for the following Fiscal Year, including a specification of the source or sources of financing for each contract for expenditures eligible for financing from each such source and the percentage of financing of each contract from each such source. 2. The Project Implementing Entity shall not make or allow to be made any material change to the approved Annual Work Plan and Budget without prior approval in writing by the Recipient and the Association.

The Recipient shall prepare, based on the information from the Project Implementing Entities with respect to their Respective Part of the Project, and furnish to the Association, by not later than August 15 of each year during the implementation of the Project (or such later interval or date as the Association may agree), for the Association’s review and no-objection, an Annual Work Plan and Budget, which shall, inter alia: (a) list all activities (including Operating Costs and Training and Workshops) proposed to be included in the Project for the following fiscal year of the Recipient; (b) provide a budget for their financing; and (c) describe the environmental and social safeguards measures taken or planned to be taken in accordance with the provisions of Section I.E of this Schedule 2. 2. The Recipient shall, and shall cause the Project Implementing Entities to, ensure that the Project is implemented in accordance with the Annual Work Plans and Budgets accepted by the Association for the respective fiscal year; provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the Annual Work Plans and Budgets and the provisions of this Agreement and/or any of the Project Agreements, the provisions of this Agreement and the Project Agreements shall prevail, in that order of priority. 3. The Recipient shall not make or allow to be made any change to the Annual Work Plans and Budgets, or permit any of the Project Implementing Entities to do so, unless the Association has provided its prior no-objection thereof in writing.

Annual Work Plans and Budgets. 1. The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association, by not later than September 1 of each year during the implementation of the Project (or such later interval or date as the Association may agree), for the Association’s review and approval, an Annual Work Plan and Budget, which shall, inter alia: (a) list all activities (including Operating Costs and Training and Workshops) proposed to be included in the Project for the Recipient’s following fiscal year; (b) provide a budget for their financing; and (c) describe the measures and actions taken or planned to be taken in accordance with the provisions of Section I.D of this Schedule 2. 2. The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is implemented in accordance with the Annual Work Plans and Budgets approved by the Association for the respective fiscal year; provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the Annual Work Plans and Budgets and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. 3. Annual Work Plans and Budgets may be revised, as needed, during the implementation of the Project subject to the Association’s prior written approval.

Annual Work Plans and Budgets. 1. Except for the Borrower’s Fiscal Year during which the Loan Agreement shall become effective, the Project Implementing Entity shall: (a) prepare and furnish to the Bank by not later than March 31 of each year, a draft Annual Work Plan and Budget for its Respective Parts of the Project for review and comment, summarizing the implementation progress of its Respective Parts of the Project for the said Fiscal Year and the activities under its Respective Parts of the Project to be undertaken in the following Fiscal Year (together with documentary evidence that the environment and social management obligations related to such upcoming Project activities shall be fully complied with in a timely fashion in accordance with the ESCP), including the proposed annual budget and sources of financing for its Respective Parts of the Project (Loan, counterpart financing, and any other source of financing which may become available for its Respective Parts of the Project); (b) taking into account the Bank’s comments, finalize and furnish to the Bank no later than April 30 in each year, the Annual Work Plan and Budget, acceptable to the Bank; and (c) thereafter ensure the implementation of its Respective Parts of the Project during the following Fiscal Year in accordance with the Annual Work Plan and Budget agreed with the Bank and in a manner acceptable to the Bank. Any amendment, suspension, abrogation or waiver to an Annual Work Plan and Budget needed during the Fiscal Year covered by such plan shall be subject to a prior written no-objection of the Bank. 2. For the Borrower’s Fiscal Year during which the Loan Agreement shall become effective, the date referred to in Section I.C.1(a) of this Schedule shall be one (1) month after the Effective Date and the date referred to in Section I.C.1(b) of this Schedule shall be two (2) months after the Effective Date. 3. In the event that any provision of any Annual Work Plan and Budget shall conflict with any provision under the Loan Agreement or this Agreement, the provisions of the Loan Agreement and this Agreement shall prevail, in that order of priority.
