Political Action. No Employee shall be disciplined for participation in any political action(s) called for by the Canadian Labour Congress, its affiliates, or subordinate bodies.

Political Action. All employees shall have the entire liberty of political action when not engaged in their employment, provided such action is within the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida.
Political Action. An ESP shall have the liberty of political action outside of his/her work hours provided such action is within the laws of the United States of America and the State of Arizona; and provided further that such action does not impair his/her respective capacities. Political Action. (a) No employee shall be disciplined for participation in any action(s) called for by the Canadian Labour Congress (CLC), CUPE, or by the BC division of CUPE, and supported by the local Union. This does not indicate the Employer’s support for such action(s). Time spent away from work by an employee shall not be paid and such non-payment shall not be considered disciplinary. The Employer will invoice the Union for the costs of benefits.
