Common use of Political Action Clause in Contracts

Political Action. No employee shall be disciplined for participation in any action(s) called by the C.L.C., C.U.P.E., B.C. Division of C.U.P.E., or the B.C. Federation of Labour and supported by the Local Union. It is understood that loss of pay for time not worked shall not be considered as discipline.
