Plainclothes Officers. The University will provide Plainclothes Officers an annual stipend of $530.00 for the purchase, replacement, and dry cleaning of clothing required in the performance of their duties. In addition, officers shall receive an allowance of $100.00 per year to defray the cost of shoes.
Plainclothes Officers. Any officer covered by this Agreement required to work in civilian clothes shall receive a clothing allowance of six hundred dollars ($600.00) per contract year. The Board shall provide to each uniformed Police Officer sufficient cleaning vouchers which will permit the cleaning of four uniform trousers per month, the all season jacket shell liner on alternate months, and a uniform tunic every four months. Plainclothes Officers shall receive sufficient cleaning vouchers which will permit the cleaning of two business suit jackets and four business suit trousers per month and a top coat every four months. Any Police Officer (either uniformed or plainclothes) who has clothing soiled or damaged in the of duty, shall have his clothing cleaned or repaired or replaced at the cost of the Board. This section is not intended to cover normal wear or of clothes. All clothing allowances shall be paid in voucher form. OF ABSENCE The agrees that each Police Officer shall be entitled to be absent from duty for a maximum of three days with pay upon the death of an Officer's wife, husband, son, daughter, father, mother, sister, brother, grandfather, grandmother, father - in - law, mother-in-law, and such time not to affect annual leave accumulated time, Every female Police Officer shall be entitled to Maternity Leave in accordance with the terms of the Employment Standards Act, save as to the will be six months with seniority accrual plus six weeks without seniority accrual. A maximum of six weeks can be taken after the date of birth. Any Police Officer granted leave by the Chief and/or the Board, except in the case of secondments or as provided for in the Working Agreement, shall not accumulate seniority while on said leave. A member shall not lose any of their accumulated seniority while on such leave.

  • Field Training Officers The position of Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be held by a Trooper or Sergeant who most closely meets the requirements set forth by the Employer which are outlined in policy OSP-501.08. If the Employer determines there are an insufficient number of qualified volunteers, it may appoint other individuals to be FTOs. The District Commander shall make the final selections. A supplement of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) shall be given to all FTOs for the sixty (60) working day training period. This amount will be prorated in instances where the training period is cut short or lengthened. Field Training Officers and their trainees will be required to work twenty (20) days on each of the three shifts during the training period.

  • Bargaining Committee (a) A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed and consist of not more than five (5) members of the Union. The Union will advise the Employer of the Union Nominees to the Committee (an alternate shall be permitted to replace an absent Bargaining Committee Member).

  • Collective Bargaining Committee The Employer agrees to recognize a Collective Bargaining Committee whose sole functions shall be to meet with Employer representatives for the purpose of negotiating modifications to this Agreement. The committee shall be composed of two (2) stewards from the bargaining unit together with the Union's Business Agent. The Employer agrees to pay committee members at their regular straight time rate for all time lost from their regular schedule of work while in collective bargaining meetings with Employer representatives.
