Placement on Board Agenda. The PREA may request to be placed on the agenda of a regular Board meeting in accordance with the Board’s policies and procedures concerning same.
Placement on Board Agenda. The Board shall place on the agenda of each regular Board meeting under "new business" any matter brought to its attention for its consideration, but excluding issues involving collective bargaining, by the Union so long as these matters are made known in writing to the Superintendent five (5) days prior to the regular meeting and provided such matters have been thoroughly discussed with the administration beforehand.
Placement on Board Agenda. The Association shall be placed on the Board agenda with two (2) weeks notification to the Superintendent except in an emergency, in which case the Association shall be recognized to speak at that Board meeting.

Upon receipt of a written request from the Association president requesting the consideration of a matter before the Board, the Employer shall place the matter on the agenda of the next regularly scheduled meeting as the first item under new business, unless the Employer or its designee notifies the Association president in writing of its reasons for denying the request.
