Placement on Board Agenda. The Board shall place on the agenda of each regular Board meeting under "new business" any matter brought to its attention for its consideration, but excluding issues involving collective bargaining, by the Union so long as these matters are made known in writing to the Superintendent five (5) days prior to the regular meeting and provided such matters have been thoroughly discussed with the administration beforehand.
