Function of Committee. The Committee shall concern itself with the following general matters:
Function of Committee. The Labour Management Committee shall earnestly seek to resolve differences between the parties arising from the interpretation of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of employment or any other matter of importance to the parties. The parties shall exchange written agenda items at least forty eight (48) hours in advance of scheduled meeting of the committee. Notwithstanding this, the parties may mutually agree to include other items on the agenda on an ad hoc basis.

Function of Committee. The function of this committee will be to study the hospitalization, dental, life insurance, disability insurance and flexible benefit plan programs that have been provided by the School District and make recommendations concerning these programs.
