Access to Buildings. When school is not in session, employees may have access to the building to voluntarily perform job related duties by arranging such access with the principal. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide access time convenient to the employee.
Access to Buildings. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property provided that classroom activities are not interrupted and that they notify the school office of their presence and the purpose of their business.
Access to Buildings. The Contractor shall monitor and control access into restricted areas under their responsibility, allowing only those individuals who have been properly cleared into restricted areas or other controlled access areas. The Contractor shall comply with security requirements, plus those imposed by the installation Commander at all times. Personnel with access to special areas will have the appropriate screening and/or security clearance, and personnel requiring routine access to restricted areas will wear special badges authorizing access for those areas. Contractor personnel shall not enter restricted or controlled areas or installation facilities unless specifically authorized in performance of their duties. The Contractor shall secure all buildings and facilities entered during non-duty hours and will secure all building and facilities under the Contractor’s cognizance at the end of each work day or shift period.
Access to Buildings. The representatives of ESPM may have access to all school buildings provided that the exercise of this right does not interfere with the educational program. During the work shift, representatives of ESPM may have access to all members of the bargaining unit during the members' break time or lunch time.
Access to Buildings. The Association shall have the right to use school equipment and school buildings for meetings and for the transaction of official association business after regular school hours, subject to the approval of the building principal.
Access to Buildings. In accordance with applicable Government security requirements as specified in F.5 above, the Contractor shall submit written requests to the COTR to obtain access to all Base buildings for performance of any work element on any Task Order executed under the authority of this Agreement at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the requested access. The Contractor’s request shall state the purpose of the visit, the names of workers, the duration of the work and a Contractor point-of-contact, including phone number. All access shall be during normal working hours unless prior written approval of a deviation is obtained. A rapid gate or other applicable security pass to the base may be given at certain locations.
Access to Buildings. The ALSP organization may have access to the school facilities for organizational meetings based on the following guidelines:
Access to Buildings. 8.031 Representatives of the Association will have access to school buildings, duplicating equipment and bargaining unit members upon notification and approval of the Administrator in charge of the work site or member. Permission shall be given as long as it does not interfere with work, or school business, and as long as it does not interfere with duties assigned by the Board and the Administration.

The Association will have time allotted on the All District Opening Day Meeting that is scheduled prior to the start of the school year to meet with all bargaining unit members, whether they are dues paying members or not.

Employees shall check in at the front office upon arriving at the school. Unauthorized visitors may not be on campus; in the event visitors accompany the employee and are authorized for access, the employee is responsible for any actions of the visitor.
