Pickup. The Contractor shall pick-up all traffic control devices within three (3) hours from the end of the rental period initially established by the County or established extension thereto or when a verbal/written request is received by the Contractor from the County representative or designee. In the event the County will not be onsite for a pickup, the County may collect all signage, devices, or equipment and place it in an area in close proximity to the job site. The Contractor shall be given the exact location(s) of the items to help expedite the pickup process and ensure all items have been retrieved. However, the Contractor shall ensure that all items rented are removed from the site. Note: If the Contractor does not respond within the times specified herein, the County reserves the right to charge the Contractor for all costs incurred by the County for wait times in excess of times listed herein.
Pickup. 12 Monthly Payments (August 1 – July 1) We will finance our tuition at the interest rate of 12% per annum through St. John’s Day School.
Pickup. The Customer shall pick up their Oil and bins within 48 hours after completion of the Services, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance and in writing. The Olive Press is under no obligation to store the Customers’ Oil. If the Customer does not pick up the Oil and bins within 48 hours, The Customer shall pay The Olive Press a storage cost of $75.00 per day until the Oil and bins are picked up.
Pickup. Non total loss VEHICLEs and VEHICLEs not accruing storage may require pickup by Award Bidder. If Award Bidder is a party to a current tow contract with ARS or has authorization to tow pursuant to the terms hereof, then Award Bidder may be required to pick up total loss VEHICLEs.
Pickup. The kitten is expected to be paid for and picked up by the pickup date listed in the Kitten Description. If the kitten is not picked up by that date, the Buyer will forfeit the reserved kitten and the reservation fee paid to that point. The kitten will then be made available for sale to someone else. The Buyer must pay any outstanding balance before pickup of kitten. If for any reason, the kitten is not ready to be picked up by that date due to health of the kitten or other circumstance of the Seller, the pickup date will be changed with an addendum to this agreement. If the Buyer has extenuating circumstances that do not allow pickup on the specified date, the Buyer will communicate to the Seller as soon as practical to agree on a revised pickup date that will be changed with an addendum to this agreement.
Pickup. Subject to the approval of the county payroll office, the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, and the Internal Revenue Service, the Cuyahoga DD will “pick-up” the employee contribution to the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System in accordance with the plan as approved by the County Council.
Pickup. During the time window separately communicated to you by the Rental Owner or our company via the Online Services (“Start Time”), you will pick up the Rental Item(s) from Us or the Rental Owner in specified location (“Rental Location”) in accordance with all policies and guidelines separately communicated by Us.
Pickup. At the end of October 2012, the Postal Service will calculate the percentage of total packages picked up from the origin location via a Postal Service carrier. The percent of packages picked up from the origin location via a Postal Service carrier must be [****] or less. If the condition in section 7.a is not met, Customer must agree to pay a [****] per package fee for each package above the [****] carrier pickup threshold in order for the contract to be extended through October 31, 2013. Customer will notify the Postal Service in writing that it agrees to pay this fee in order to extend the contract for a third year. The Postal Service will then notify Customer in writing whether or not the contract will be extended for a third year.
Pickup. 2.6.1. Playcare pickup. Owners who leave their dog(s) at Dogmata for playcare will pick up their dog(s) by 6:45 p.m. Monday through Friday and by 3:45 p.m.
