Pick Up Times. Award Bidder shall pickup or coordinate pickup of the VEHICLEs at the place designated by ARS. Total loss VEHICLES must be picked up in accordance with applicable tow contract. Non-total loss VEHICLEs much be picked up within 48 hours of receipt of assignment from ARS. Award Bidder shall contact the location where the VEHICLEs is being stored prior to pickup in order to arrange a mutually convenient pickup time.

Pick Up Times. Full day and afternoon part day campers must be pick up by 6:00pm. Part day morning campers must be picked up by noon, if they are staying for lunch they may be picked by at 1:00pm. There will be a $1.00 dollar per minute late fee for any child that is not picked up by their contracted time. A child that is picked late three times may be asked to leave the program. If parents do not arrive at camp by 6:30pm (and no other emergency contact has arrived), the child will be declared abandoned and released to the Temple City Sheriffs for protection. Pick Up Times. It is a courtesy of Family Achievement Center to allow parents/legal guardians or caregivers to leave the premises during their child’s appointment. However, it is very important to be back on the premises 15 minutes before the patient’s appointment is scheduled to end so the therapist can discuss treatment with the parent/legal guardian or caregiver.   • Show Up Time a) When an Employee reports for work but is not placed to work or is unable to continue to work because of inclement weather or any other reason beyond the control of the Employer, the following shall apply:

  • Wash-Up Time 60.01 Where the Employer determines that due to the nature of the work there is a clear cut need, wash-up time up to a maximum of ten (10) minutes will be permitted before the end of the working day, or immediately following and contiguous to the working day.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Make-up Time (a) An employee may elect, with the consent of their employer, to work "make-up time", under which the employee takes time off ordinary hours, and works those hours at a later time, during the spread of ordinary hours provided in the Agreement at the ordinary rate of pay.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time Every employee who is called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.

  • Crib Time 17.6.1 An employee working overtime shall be allowed a crib time of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked provided the employee continues working after such crib time.

  • Minimum Call-In Time Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.

  • Additional Time If because of events beyond the Design Professional’s reasonable control, it is not able to meet the specified time period, then it should be entitled to ask the Owner for additional time, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.
