ARTICLE II— RECOGNITION
2-1 Exclusive representation: The Trustees recognize LCAA as the exclusive representative of all administrators employed by Lyon County Board of School Trustees and as defined in Article 1-2, with the exception of such employees are excluded by NRS 288.170.
