Personal Injury Protection Coverage. E. We will reduce the "insured's" total damages by any amount available to that "insured", under any bodily injury liability bonds or policies applicable to the "underinsured motor vehicle", that such "insured" did not recover as a result of a settlement between that "insured" and the insurer of an "underinsured motor vehicle". However, any reduction of the "insured's" total damages will not reduce the limit of liability for this coverage. This Paragraph (E.) shall not apply if we advance payment to the "insured" in an amount equal to the tentative settlement with the insurer of the "underinsured motor vehicle".
Personal Injury Protection Coverage. The damages recoverable for property damage under this Part III will be reduced by all sums paid or payable because of property damage by or on behalf of any persons or organizations who may be legally responsible, including, but not limited to, all sums paid under Part I—Liability To Others. No one will be entitled to duplicate payments for the same elements of damages. If multiple auto policies issued by us are in effect for you, we will pay no more than the highest limit of liability for this coverage available under any one policy.

  • Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance A. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall at all times maintain, at its expense, the following coverages and requirements. The comprehensive general liability insurance shall include broad form property damage insurance.
