Underinsured motor vehicle definition

Underinsured motor vehicle means a land motor vehicle or trailer of any type to which one or more bodily injury liability bonds or policies apply at the time of the “accident”, but the sum of all applicable limits of liability for “bodily injury” under all such bonds and policies is less than the Limit of Liability as indicated on the “Declarations” for Underinsured Motorist Coverage Bodily Injury. However, “underinsured motor vehicle” does not include any vehicle or equipment:
