General Liability and Property Damage. With respect to all operations performed under the contract, the Party shall carry general liability insurance having all major divisions of coverage including, but not limited to: Premises - Operations Products and Completed Operations Personal Injury Liability Contractual Liability The policy shall be on an occurrence form and limits shall not be less than: $1,000,000 Per Occurrence $1,000,000 General Aggregate $1,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate $ 50,000 Fire/ Legal/Liability Party shall name the State of Vermont and its officers and employees as additional insureds for liability arising out of this Agreement.
General Liability and Property Damage. Commercial general liability and property damage insurance on an occurrence basis in connection with any construction being performed at any Property, to be carried by any contractor or construction manager or by any Person, including any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries, performing a similar function, including "Builders Risk" coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in the aggregate.
General Liability and Property Damage. Tenant shall at all times during the term hereof, or upon the date of occupancy, whichever is sooner, and at its own cost and expense procure and continue in force Workmen's Compensation Insurance, Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insurance adequate to protect Landlord and naming Landlord as an additional insured in the liability contract against liability for injury or death of any person in connection with the construction of the improvements, use, operation or condition of the Premises (and related sidewalks, loading docks and other appurtenances). Such insurance at all times shall be in an amount of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. The limits of such insurance shall not limit the liability of Tenant.

General Liability and Property Damage. During the life of this Improvement Agreement, the Operator shall secure, pay for and maintain General Liability and Property Damage Insurance protecting the Operator and any contractors or subcontractors from any and all claims and actions for damage, for personal injury, including accidental death and for property damage which may directly or indirectly arise from, grow out of, or be attributable to, their operations or performance under this Improvement Agreement, whether such operations by the Operator or by a contractor or subcontractor, or by any person directly or indirectly employed by any of them, and said insurance shall indemnify and save harmless the City, its officers, employees, agents and representatives from all actions, causes of action, claims, debts or demands of any and every kind or nature whatsoever, by reason of, growing of, out of, or attributable to the work to be performed under said Improvement Agreement, and the amount of such insurance shall be in an amount of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) combined single limit for injuries, including accidental death and property damage on account of any one occurrence.
