With respect to all operations performed under the contract, the Party shall carry general liability insurance having all major divisions of coverage including, but not limited to: Premises - Operations Products and Completed Operations Personal Injury Liability Contractual Liability The policy shall be on an occurrence form and limits shall not be less than: $1,000,000 Per Occurrence $1,000,000 General Aggregate $1,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate $ 50,000 Fire/ Legal/Liability Party shall name the State of Vermont and its officers and employees as additional insureds for liability arising out of this Agreement.

Limits of coverage shall not be less than $500,000 combined single limit. If performance of this Agreement involves construction, or the transport of persons or hazardous materials, limits of coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000 combined single limit.

With respect to all operations performed by the Contractor, subcontractors, agents or workers, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to insure that general liability insurance coverage, on an occurrence form, provides all major divisions of coverage including, but not limited to and with limits not less than:

Commercial general liability and property damage insurance on an occurrence basis in connection with any construction being performed at any Mortgaged Property, to be carried by any contractor or construction manager or by any Person, including any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries, performing a similar function, including "BUILDERS RISK" coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in the aggregate.
