Named Insured. The named insured under the Title Policy must be substantially the same as the following: "KeyBank National Association, and its respective successors and assigns."
Named Insured. In any policies of D&O Insurance which are maintained by the Company, Indemnitee shall be named as an insured in such a manner as to provide Indemnitee the same rights and benefits, subject to the same limitations, as are accorded to the Company’s directors and officers most favorably insured by such policy.
Named Insured. All Takaful/insurance shall be taken out in the name of the Chargor and shall be expressly and specifically assigned to and for the benefit of the Chargee.
Named Insured. Unless otherwise provided in this Section, the named insured shall be the Association or its authorized representative, as a trustee for the Owners. However, all policies shall be for the benefit of Owners and their Mortgagees, as their interests may appear.
Named Insured. If the insurance policy provides that the first named insured in the policy shall be responsible for payment of premiums and shall act on behalf of all other insureds regarding the policy, then the same shall apply to this Agreement and the Insured represents that it is authorized to sign on behalf of all insureds. If not, then all insureds' names must be shown on this agreement unless a separate agreement appoints an insured to act for the others.
Named Insured. In consideration of the premium stated herein OIL INSURANCE LIMITED (hereinafter called “Underwriter”) does reinsure insurance policies issued by the Company or Companies named in the current Policy Declaration as the Named Insured to the extent such policies insure:
Named Insured. CSAC Excess Insurance Authority (CSAC EIA) as detailed in the declaration page _ _ _ _ ENDORSEMENT NO. 4 EFFECTIVE DATE: 12.01 am 01 July 2017 Local Standard Time, at the address of the Named Insured
Named Insured. Named insured means the party(ies) specified as named insured in the schedule including any past or present director, officer, partner or employee of the named insured.
Named Insured. Licensor shall cause Licensee to be named as an additional insured on all the insurance policies required under this Section 4.7.
Named Insured. The insurance policy shall name Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada and Her employees, servants and agents as “additional insureds”.
