Commercial Automobile. Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance covering each vehicle whether owned, non-owned, hired, operated, or used by Operator and/or any member of Operator Insurance Group while in, on or adjacent to the Long Beach Assets, with a combined single limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for bodily injury and property damage as to any one accident, including an MCS-90 endorsement.
Commercial Automobile. Commercial automobile insurance for any owned, non-owned or hired autos, in the amount of $1,000,000 each accident covering bodily injury and property damage on a combined single limit basis. The policy shall name the Town as an additional insured and provide a waiver of subrogation.
Commercial Automobile. Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance covering each vehicle whether owned, non-owned, hired, operated, or used by TRMC and/or any member of the TRMC Insurance Group while in, on or adjacent to the Anacortes Marine Terminal, with a combined single limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for bodily injury and property damage as to any one accident, including an MCS-90 endorsement.
Commercial Automobile. Liability Coverage shall be provided at the following limits: Combined Single Limit: $2,000,000 Automobile Liability coverage shall include coverage for owned, non-owned and hired automobiles and be endorsed naming The Owner as an additional insured and a copy of the Endorsement shall accompany all certificates provided to the Owner.
Commercial Automobile. Commercial Automobile Liability with a combined single limit of not less than $[***] for bodily injury and property damage, with both a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord and an Additional Insured Endorsement.
Commercial Automobile. Contractor shall secure and maintain, with an insurance company having an A.M. Best Rating of A VII or better, such insurance as will protect it from claims for bodily injury, death, or property damage as may arise in the performance of Contractor’s services as identified in this Agreement. Such coverage is to be equal to or greater than a Combined Single Limit of $1,000,000. The Contractor’s Commercial Automobile coverage is to be Primary and non-contributory. Coverage for Hired and Non-Owned autos is to be included. Coverage should apply to “Any Auto.” Contractor’s Automobile coverage is to be Primary and non- contributory. A Waiver of Subrogation to the benefit of the City of Valparaiso is to be provided. The Automobile policy is to be endorsed to include the City of Valparaiso as an additional insured.

Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance covering each vehicle whether owned, non-owned, hired, operated, or used by Customer and/or any member of the Customer Insurance Group while in, on or adjacent to the Avon Terminal, with a combined single limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for bodily injury and property damage as to any one accident, including an MCS-90 endorsement.
Commercial Automobile. Liability Insurance, with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000.00 each occurrence with respect to all vehicles owned, non-owned, hired or assigned to transport shipments on behalf of DY LOGISTICS LLC or CUSTOMERS. Such insurance policy must include coverage for any and all liabilities for personal injury (including death) and property damage arising out of the ownership, maintenance, use or operation, including loading and unloading, of the Equipment operated by CARRIER under this Agreement.
