Independent Contractor shall have the right to purchase the Parts and Supplies (or any portion thereof) at their fair market value as agreed upon by the parties (the "Parts and Supplies Purchase Price"). Except as set forth below with respect to payment for Slow Moving Parts and Supplies, the Parts and Supplies Purchase Price shall be paid by Independent Contractor to AWVMC in six (6) equal, consecutive monthly installments beginning on the 25th day of the first month following the Commencement Date and continuing on the 25th day of the next five (5) succeeding months.
