Overtime System. Overtime shall be offered to bargaining unit members within the classification and within the building based upon seniority. If the most senior person is unavailable, then less senior person(s) within the classification may be required to perform the overtime.

Overtime System. All time worked in excess of forty (40) hours during any one (1) week shall be considered overtime, unless the employee is assigned to work an eight (8) hour per day and eight (80) hours per fourteen (14) day period, in which case all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours during any one (1) day and/or in excess of eighty (80) hours during the two (2) week period, shall be considered overtime. All overtime must be properly authorized by the Employer, in advance if possible. Overtime shall be discouraged.
Overtime System. If in need of extending working hours (e.g.: shop decoration, goods inventory taking, launch of new goods) Party B shall propose written application to the management department of Party A before [17:00] on the same day, and working hours can only be extended with written consent of the management department of Party A.
