The initial monitoring report was completed and submitted to the City of Cambridge in July 2001, containing information from employee and parking data collected in May 2001. This report indicates that building employees achieve a 47 percent drive-alone mode share meeting the commitment established in the original PTDM plan.   • Research and Development (i) Advice and assistance in relation to research and development of Party B;
