NOW THEN in consideration of, and subject to, the foregoing recitations and subsequent covenants, C.D.T. and Xxxxxx agree that, C.D.T. shall give physical custody and Xxxxxx shall, under Xxxxxx’x own free will, accept XXXXXX DOG hereinafter, “Xxxxxx Dog”) into Xxxxxx’x home for the purpose of assisting C.D.T in Xxxxxx Dog’s socialization and rehabilitation. If, Xxxxxx-to-adopt, Xxxxxx agrees to xxxxxx the Xxxxxx Dog from the date of this agreement until DATE, after which time, if C.D.T. and Xxxxxx agree to proceed with adoption, such adoption will be completed no later than DATE. Xxxxxx hereby agrees to: • Abide by all xxxxxx care regulations of C.D.T. • Comply with all State and local Animal Control statutes, laws and ordinances; including wearing a properly fitted collar with current Indiana Rabies Vaccination and Identification tag. • Xxxxxx the Xxxxxx dog for at least eight months, except if Xxxxxx is Xxxxxx-to-Adopt, as described above. • Keep Xxxxxx Dog in Xxxxxx’x home, and not allow others to xxxxxx, house or otherwise care for Xxxxxx Dogs. • Provide safe daily care and attention to Xxxxxx Dog, and that Xxxxxx Dog will be created and rotated as provided by Xxxxxx Dog’s care instructions. • Prohibit Xxxxxx Dogs from being left unattended or ‘free roaming’ with other dogs and will keep Xxxxxx Dogs LEASHED AT ALL TIMES, when in public. • NOT perform dog-to-dog introductions without the consent of C.D.T. If Xxxxxx Dog is going into a multi-dog household, C.D.T. will perform introductions to ensure a good fit. • NOT take Xxxxxx Dog to off-leash dog parks. • Make arrangements through C.D.T. if boarding needs arise for Xxxxxx Dog. C.D.T. will provide Xxxxxx with an approved list of vendors. • Xxxxxx Dog will not be housed outdoors. • Xxxxxx Dog will not be tethered. • Xxxxxx Dog may not be used in or for animal fighting contests, including, but not limited to “rolling”, “game testing” or “agitating” Xxxxxx Dog. The Prediction module example in this section uses the round-trip-delays measured by the UDP ping measurement module to predict the delay expected for the paths in the near future. The Prediction module simply av- erages the last round-trip-delays measured for a <source, destination> IP pairs. The average delay is the prediction of the delay for the path defined by the pair. In this module, a path is defined by a source and a destination IP address. When a start_prediction command is received by the prediction module, it requests the UDP ping measurement module to start a measurement for the <source, destination> IP pair that defines the path the delay prediction has to be performed for. The prediction module then periodically retrieves the list of the last measurements for the path. Be- cause the prediction module is the single one to use the UDP ping prediction module, it requests the measurement module to flush its memory. The prediction module then computes the average of the measured delays in the list. This average is considered as the future value of the delay until the next retrieval of the measurements list for the path. The prediction module maintains two datastructures. On the one hand, the _paths map maps a path to a <source, destination> IP pair. On the other hand, the _delays map stores the predicted delay for each path. To speed-up the Querying module processing, the prediction module also pushes the prediction delays to the Querying module path attributes collection.
