DEED WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:- Pursuant to the said condition the Lessee covenants with the Lessor as a primary obligation that the Assignee or the Lessee shall at all times during the period ("the Guarantee Period") from the completion of the Assignment until the Assignee shall have ceased to be bound by the tenant covenants (which in this Deed shall have the meaning attributed thereto by Section 28(1) of the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995 ("thx 0000 Xxx")) xxxtained in the I-case in the manner and at the times specified in the Lease) duly perform and observe the tenant covenants.
