Nonsolicitation of Employees. While employed by the Company and for a period of six (6) months thereafter, Executive shall not directly or indirectly, for himself or for any other person, firm, corporation, partnership, association or other entity, attempt to employ or enter into any contractual arrangement with any employee or former employee of the Company, unless such employee or former employee has not been employed by the Company for a period in excess of six months.
Nonsolicitation of Employees. For a period of two years after the termination or cessation of his employment with the Company for any reason whatsoever, Executive shall not, on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person, partnership, association, corporation, or other entity, solicit or in any manner attempt to influence or induce any employee of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates (known by the Executive to be such) to leave the employment of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates, nor shall he use or disclose to any person, partnership, association, corporation or other entity any information obtained while an employee of the Company concerning the names and addresses of the Company's employees.
Nonsolicitation of Employees. Executive covenants and agrees that during the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, employ or solicit, or receive or accept the performance of services by any then current officer, manager, employee or independent contractor of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company, on the one hand, and any such officer, manager, employee or independent contractor, on the other hand.
Nonsolicitation of Employees. You shall not while employed by Donnelley and for a period of two years from the date of your Separation from Service with Donnelley for any reason, including your Separation from Service initiated by Donnelley, with or without Cause, either directly or indirectly solicit, induce or encourage any Donnelley employee(s) to terminate their employment with Donnelley or to accept employment with any entity, including but not limited to a competitor, supplier or customer of Donnelley, nor shall you cooperate with any others in doing or attempting to do so. As used herein, the term “solicit, induce or encourage” includes, but is not limited to, (a) initiating communications with a Donnelley employee relating to possible employment, (b) offering bonuses or additional compensation to encourage Donnelley employees to terminate their employment with Donnelley and accept employment with a competitor, supplier or customer of Donnelley, or (c) referring Donnelley employees to personnel or agents employed by competitors, suppliers or customers of Donnelley.
Nonsolicitation of Employees. You agree that you will not, at any time during the term of your employment with the Manpower Group or during the one-year period following your termination of employment with the Manpower Group, either on your own account or in conjunction with or on behalf of any other person, company, business entity, or other organization whatsoever, directly or indirectly induce, solicit, entice or procure any person who is an employee of any company in the Manpower Group, or has been such an employee within the three months preceding such action, to terminate his or her employment with the Manpower Group so as to accept employment elsewhere.
Nonsolicitation of Employees. The Executive hereby agrees that while he is employed by the Company and during the twelve-month period following the Executive’s termination of employment with the Company, the Executive will not, in any manner, directly or indirectly, Solicit any person who is an employee of the Company or any of its affiliated companies (or was an employee of the Company or any of its affiliated companies at any time during the six-month period prior to any such solicitation) to resign from the Company or any of its affiliated companies or to apply for or accept employment with any Competitive Enterprise. This Section 9(d) shall not prohibit any general employment solicitation that is not directed at employees of the Company or any of its affiliated companies.
Nonsolicitation of Employees. Executive agrees that during the Employment Term and the Severance Pay Period (if applicable), and the 36-month period thereafter (the "Nonsolicitation Period"), he will not directly or indirectly, employ, or be a Participant in any entity that employs, any person previously employed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries or in any way induce or attempt to induce any person to leave the employment of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

Nonsolicitation of Employees. (i) During the Term of Employment, and (ii) for a period of one (1) year after the effective date of your termination of employment pursuant to Sections 5.1, 5.3 or 5.6, and (iii) during the Severance Period for any termination of your employment pursuant to Sections 5.4 or 5.5, you will not, directly or indirectly, employ or solicit the employment of, and shall not assist, induce, cause or encourage any other person or entity to employ or solicit the employment of, any person who was an employee of the Company or any of its affiliated companies at the date of your termination or within six (6) months prior thereto; provided, however, that this Section 6.1(d) shall not preclude general advertising for personnel or responding to an unsolicited request for a personal recommendation for or evaluation of an employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates; and
