Nonsolicitation of Employees. While employed by the Company and for a period of six (6) months thereafter, Executive shall not directly or indirectly, for himself or for any other person, firm, corporation, partnership, association or other entity, attempt to employ or enter into any contractual arrangement with any employee or former employee of the Company, unless such employee or former employee has not been employed by the Company for a period in excess of six months.

Nonsolicitation of Employees. Executive covenants and agrees that during the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, employ or solicit, or receive or accept the performance of services by any then current officer, manager, employee or independent contractor of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company, or in any way interfere with the relationship between the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company, on the one hand, and any such officer, manager, employee or independent contractor, on the other hand.
Nonsolicitation of Employees. For a period of two years after the termination or cessation of his employment with the Company for any reason whatsoever, Executive shall not, on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person, partnership, association, corporation, or other entity, solicit or in any manner attempt to influence or induce any employee of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates (known by the Executive to be such) to leave the employment of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates, nor shall he use or disclose to any person, partnership, association, corporation or other entity any information obtained while an employee of the Company concerning the names and addresses of the Company's employees.
Nonsolicitation of Employees. You shall not while employed by Donnelley and for a period of two years from the date of your Separation from Service with Donnelley for any reason, including your Separation from Service initiated by Donnelley, with or without Cause, either directly or indirectly solicit, induce or encourage any Donnelley employee(s) to terminate their employment with Donnelley or to accept employment with any entity, including but not limited to a competitor, supplier or customer of Donnelley, nor shall you cooperate with any others in doing or attempting to do so. As used herein, the term “solicit, induce or encourage” includes, but is not limited to, (a) initiating communications with a Donnelley employee relating to possible employment, (b) offering bonuses or additional compensation to encourage Donnelley employees to terminate their employment with Donnelley and accept employment with a competitor, supplier or customer of Donnelley, or (c) referring Donnelley employees to personnel or agents employed by competitors, suppliers or customers of Donnelley.
Nonsolicitation of Employees. Executive agrees that during the Non-Compete Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, (i) induce or solicit any person who was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Company or any of its Affiliates, to terminate such individual’s employment or service with the Company or any of its Affiliates or (ii) assist any other person or entity in such activities.

Nonsolicitation of Employees. During the Employment Period and the two-year period following any termination of the Executive's employment, the Executive will not directly or indirectly solicit, encourage or induce any employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries to terminate employment with such entity, and will not directly or indirectly, either individually or as owner, agent, employee, consultant or otherwise, employ or offer employment to any person who is or was employed by the Company or a subsidiary thereof unless such person will have ceased to be employed by such entity for a period of at least six months.
Nonsolicitation of Employees. The Executive agrees that for two years after the Date of Termination, he/she will not attempt, directly or indirectly, to induce any employee of the Company, JHFS or an Affiliate to be employed or perform services elsewhere or otherwise to cease providing services to the Company, JHFS or the Affiliates.
